01About RebookRevenue

RebookRevenue is a retention marketing service operated by Digital Style House, LLC ("DSH," "we," "us," "our"), a California limited liability company with operations in Los Angeles, California. When these Terms refer to "RebookRevenue," the "Service," or the "Services," we mean the retention email and SMS marketing services we provide to your med spa or aesthetic practice.

When you purchase a subscription or engage us in any capacity, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (these "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

02Services provided

RebookRevenue provides retention-focused email and SMS marketing services for med spas and aesthetic practices. Depending on your subscription tier, Services may include:

Specific deliverables, campaign counts, and automation quantities are defined by the tier you subscribe to (Foundation, Growth, or Scale). We may modify the contents of each tier from time to time; material reductions to an active subscription will be communicated in advance.

03Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, at the rate displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Recurring charges will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

Pricing changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will take effect at your next renewal cycle, and we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge according to Stripe's standard retry schedule. If payment cannot be recovered within 10 days, we may suspend Services until the balance is paid.

043-month commitment

Retention marketing compounds over time. The 3-month minimum protects both parties: you receive a meaningful runway to see results, and we are able to invest in proper setup, learning, and optimization rather than rushing to meet short-term metrics.

The minimum commitment begins on the first day of your first paid billing cycle and ends on the last day of your third consecutive paid cycle. After the commitment period, your subscription continues month-to-month (or annually) until cancelled.

The only exception to this commitment is our 30-day money-back guarantee, described in Section 6.

05Onboarding fee

A one-time onboarding fee of $500 applies to all new monthly subscriptions. This fee covers kickoff, platform audit, list hygiene, brand voice capture, and your first automation build. It is charged at checkout alongside your first subscription payment.

The onboarding fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel within the 30-day guarantee window. Onboarding represents work performed in the first days of the engagement, and the fee compensates that work regardless of whether the subscription continues.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If, within 30 days of your first subscription payment, you are not satisfied with the quality, strategy, or early output of the Services, you may request a full refund of your first month's subscription fee.

How to request

Email hello@rebookrevenue.com within 30 days of your first charge with the subject line "Refund Request." Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Requesting a refund ends your subscription and the 3-month commitment simultaneously. You may not later resume the same subscription without re-onboarding and paying a new onboarding fee.

07Cancellation & renewal

After your 3-month minimum has been fulfilled, you may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice sent to hello@rebookrevenue.com. Services will continue through the end of your current billing cycle plus the 30-day notice period.

Annual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each annual term unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date. Annual fees are not pro-rated if cancelled mid-term beyond the 30-day guarantee window.

08Client responsibilities

To deliver the Services, we require timely cooperation from you. You agree to:

Delays caused by missing approvals or access may affect the production schedule but do not entitle you to credits or refunds.

09Intellectual property

Work product

Upon full payment of each month's subscription fee, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the campaigns, emails, SMS messages, and automations we produce for you ("Work Product") for your business. You own the content of your own brand (logos, photos, text you provided).

Our tools and templates

We retain all rights to our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, prompts, automation structures, and internal tooling. You may not resell, license, or repurpose our Work Product outside of your own business operations.

Portfolio rights

We reserve the right to feature anonymized or named examples of Work Product produced for you in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

10Client data & compliance

You remain the data controller for your customer lists and records. We operate as a data processor on your behalf. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA (for SMS), and, where applicable, HIPAA.

You are responsible for ensuring that your email list has been collected with proper consent and that your privacy policy discloses the use of third-party service providers like RebookRevenue. We will not send communications to contacts we have reason to believe were improperly collected.

11Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged during the engagement, including business strategies, client lists, pricing, and performance data. This obligation survives termination of the Services.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RebookRevenue and Digital Style House, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee specific revenue results, open rates, click rates, or appointment volumes. All marketing outcomes depend on factors including your list quality, brand reputation, market conditions, and the quality of the in-person experience you deliver.

13Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Services immediately, with or without notice, if you:

Termination for cause does not relieve you of any remaining commitment obligations or amounts already owed.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing any formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days following written notice of the dispute.
